Rebecca Houghton, RMT, is a health care professional committed to patient care, working with the patient to maintain optimal health and restore pain-free function of their body. Using the patient’s history and assessment to determine the patient’s health level, personal needs and wishes ensure that each session with me is customized for the specific needs of the individual.

Her treatments are aimed at improving movement, and decreasing pain resulting from injury, overuse or muscle soreness. She also provides progressive rehabilitation utilizing stretching, strengthening, postural exercise and patient education.

A variety of techniques are incorporated during my treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral and swedish to treat the symptoms of:

Pregnancy, Sciatica, Abdominal disorders, Sports-related injuries, Motor vehicle accidents,
Carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndromes, Attention deficit disorders, Neurological conditions,
Fibromyalgia, Stress and more…
